Presenting the Agenda: 2nd District Start: 7:00 pm End: 9:30 pm Great Expectations took the citizen feedback from the Citizens Convention and used it to create the final version of the Citizens Agenda for Philadelphia's Future. Join us from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at the St. Gabriel's School, 2917 Dickinson St., as we present the agenda to the city's 2nd District. (Sign-in will begin at 6:30.) Dinner will be provided.
