Presenting the Agenda: 8th District Start: 7:00 pm End: 9:30 pm Great Expectations took the citizen feedback from the Citizens Convention and used it to create the final version of the Citizens Agenda for Philadelphia's Future. Join us from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Lutheran Theological Seminary, 7301 Germantown Ave., as we present the agenda to the city's 8th District. (Sign-in will begin at 6:30.) Dinner will be provided.
